- The voucher expiry date is published and Fishandchipstaro.com will not accept the voucher after that date. Fishandchipstaro.com is entitled to refuse to accept any vouchers regardless of expiry date when the number of redemptions made per voucher code has been reached. - Fish and Chips Taro reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw any voucher or discount at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Fish and Chips Taro shall not be responsible or liable to any customer for any loss arising out of the cancellation, suspension, rejection or withdrawal of any voucher or any failure or inability of a customer to use a voucher for any reason.
- Fish and Chips Taro reserves the right to amend these Voucher Terms and any of the Specific Voucher Terms at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative shall be given or refunded.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion, discount or offer.
- Fish and Chips Taro may reject or cancel a voucher if, in its absolute opinion, it believes that the voucher is being used in breach of these Voucher Terms and/or the Specific Voucher Terms.

- Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any Specific Terms upon entry. Fish and Chips Taro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to this and future prize draws, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and/or any Specific Terms.
- Prize draws are open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Fish and Chips Taro, its associated, holding or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the prize draws.
- In entering into a prize draw, the entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize that they may win. Fish and Chips Taro may require the entrant to provide proof of their eligibility.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. How to Place an Order

Payment
All online card payments are made to Fish and Chips Taro. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, SMS or notification on the website, the monies paid shall be used for the value of goods you have purchased as listed. In the event that a Takeaway rejects your order, for whatever reason, once an order has been initiated where necessary; we will send confirmation by the medium SMS, email or other appropriate digital means to point out the affected user of the cancellation and that the refund has been initiated.
